Based in Miami, Florida, I specialize in photographing real people on location for corporate and editorial
clients nationwide.
I enjoy capturing the relaxed, human side of business executives, professionals, workers and everyday
folks in their own environments.
By combining a photojournalistÕs eye with an artistÕs world view I am able to convey a corporationÕs
message and contribute to a magazineÕs reporting.
Transforming challenging locations into visually exciting scenes by blending electronic flash and the magic
of available light is my area of greatest experience.
I work in black and white and color in 35 mm, 6 x 7 and panoramic formats, creating unique perspectives for my
corporate and editorial environmental portraits.
My corporate clients have included Chub Insurance, Fidelity Investments, Health South, Lucent Technologies,
University of Miami and Pepsi.
Business Week, BoyÕs Life, Parade, People, Success, National Geographic World, and Newsweek have
published my editorial images.
As a staff photographer with United Press international from 1980 to 1989, I reported many news events including the
Mariel boat lift, the invasion of Grenada, national political conventions, the Space Shuttle program, the
Persian Gulf conflict, World Cup soccer and stories in Cuba. My ability to speak Spanish facilitated much of this coverage.
Currently, my panoramic landscapes feature South Florida cityscapes, the Florida Everglades and national parks
from around the United States. I utilize a unique panoramic view camera to capture fine detail in precise compositions.
My landscape stock is represented by MIRA ( 979-739-9022, www.mira.com ), Panoramic Images ( 800-543-5250, www.panoramicimages.com ) and MiamiStockPhotos.com.
To stretch my imagination on days off, I work with a simple wooden pinhole camera -no lens, viewfinder,
or adjustments of any kind.
